At Terra Vista, we take our hiring process very seriously. Each employee we hire has been through extensive behavioral interviewing and a personality profiling process. All employees must undergo a drug test and complete a background check prior to being hired.

Every single employee undergoes extensive Alzheimer’s and dementia care training and receives accredited certification. Dementia education is ongoing and mandatory by our Terra Vista code of caring.
