Terra Vista is a technology driven Alzheimer’s assisted living community and is excited to announce the kick off of “Vista Social”, our new web based community and family engagement application. Teaming up with world renowned, CareMerge, an innovative and tech savvy organization who is paving the way to enhance communication within the care community, Vista Social is one more example of how Terra Vista is keeping the family connected.

Vista Social is the first in Alzheimer’s care to offer both a public view for general information about life at Terra Vista and more importantly a private, more detailed members-only view for family and loved one’s of residents. Here, families will have the opportunity to connect with other families, creating a community of support and camaraderie.
In addition to Vista Social, Terra Vista is also using the Family Engagement application so families can check in on their loved one from anywhere at any time. Privacy and security are a top priority. All applications are HIPAA compliant and safe to use. Family members will be able to see such things as personal photos, scheduled doctor’s appointments and even a list of activities attended. CareMerge tracks social interactions as well as provides all of the necessary platforms for our nurses to create service plans.
