Ask us about our one-month, commitment-free trial stay with therapeutic services. Below is a list of requirements that must be completed before a new resident moves into our assisted living community.
- Physician certification completed 120 days or less prior to moving in
- Physical and cognitive assessment performed by one of our certified dementia professionals
- Medical history and physical health information gathered by our staff
- Regulatory tuberculin test administered by one of our professional nurses
- Life story questions answered by the family regarding the resident’s daily life routines, interests, values, likes and dislikes, and other individualized information
- All medical and social information gathered prior to move-in ensures the best transition and assists with the immediate implementation of care and personalized services
