All leases are offered on a 12-month basis and may be terminated with a 30-day notice, allowing for flexibility. Financial options to assist you may include long-term care insurance, veteran’s benefits, life insurance, tax deductions, and personal loans.

Each apartment is cable ready and includes free cable service.
Phone Service
Each apartment is ready for phone service for a flat monthly fee of $20. Each resident will receive their own personal phone number. The phone is not included.
Becoming a Resident
Ask us about our one-month, commitment-free trial stay with therapeutic services. Below is a list of requirements that must be completed before a new resident moves into our assisted living community.
- Physician certification completed 120 days or less prior to moving in
- Physical and cognitive assessment performed by one of our certified dementia professionals
- Medical history and physical health information gathered by our staff
- Regulatory tuberculin test administered by one of our professional nurses
- Life story questions answered by the family regarding the resident’s daily life routines, interests, values, likes and dislikes, and other individualized information
- All medical and social information gathered prior to move-in ensures the best transition and assists with the immediate implementation of care and personalized services
