APPLICATION PROCESS
To be entered to win the Terra Vista college scholarship, just complete the following short answer question:
What does quality memory care mean to you?
The following will be considered during the evaluation process:
- Punctuation
- Grammar
- Clarity and Organization
- Content
To enter, fill out the form and attach your essay question by 11:59 pm on December 1st, 2018.
Please make sure you carefully review your application before you submit it.
Scholarship Payment Details: Payment will be given directly to the college by Terra Vista in the student’s name.
ELIGIBILITY FOR PAYOUT
- Currently residing as a United States citizen.
- All eligible participants must be a currently enrolled, full-time college student.
- Student must provide the address of the college’s financial aid office.
- Only one entry per student.
Scholarship payout is made payable to the college and sent directly to the school’s financial aid office to be placed on the student’s account.
