A Secure & Innovative Dementia Care Community
The safety of your loved ones is the top priority of the staff at our dementia care community. That is why our Alzheimer’s facility provides leading technology to ensure that residents stay secure. We have a 24/7 front desk concierge that assists in monitoring security cameras located at all exit doors throughout our community. Each staff member at our dementia assisted living facility carries advanced smart devices to monitor the alarms, respond quickly to emergencies, and provide requested assistance when needed.
InnerWalk™ Multi-Sensory Purpose-Driven Courtyard
The Multi-Sensory Purpose-Driven Courtyard at our dementia care community is a welcoming, dementia-capable environment that features wide and accessible circular pathways, sensory-enriched views, comfortable seating, an herb and butterfly garden, a Serenity Fountain, and more.
Multi-Sensory Way-Finding Markers
To ensure that residents with dementia can wander successfully, the staff at our Alzheimer’s facility and community establishes multi-sensory way-finding markers throughout our community. These markers are assorted with themes, colors, and textures, allowing residents to more easily identify their location and explore their surroundings, even in the latter stages of Alzheimer’s.
Our Vista SocialTM platform is provided to families who have loved ones at our community. It allows families a sense of security, giving them access to the daily life of their loved ones—even when miles away.
We also use presence simulation videos to focus and redirect our residents. These videos of loved ones help our residents hear familiar voices and stay connected.
